Since 2000, Donaldson Group has worked with several Hartford Financial Services divisions, departments and business units to impact the customer experience. Our engagements facilitated the customer journey along many touch points, from online “shopping,” to sales agent support, customer communications, and on-site renewal events.

Through a long-term collaboration with The Hartford, we also supported the evolution of their brand essence, corporate guidelines and business unit implementation, to include divisional naming and protocol development.
