Using vertical-market research to inform our development, an integrated communications program was developed to reach the eyes and ears of small business owners in the Northeast and Ohio. Metrics, analytics and conversion rates confirmed a successful program that encompassed print, online and outdoor advertising; radio and television broadcasts; direct mail; and mobile device marketing.

Cox Business identified opportunity in some of our industry segments based on third party research. We approached Donaldson Group to create a brand new approach that would focus on five of these segments. This is our first industry-specific campaign that has been executed with this level of planning and media integration. We really appreciate the creativity and commitment that Donaldson brings to this project, and look forward to sharing results with our Cox Business counterparts in other regions.
