Aetna’s Customer Engagement team aspired to provide an exceptional experience for their most important national account customers. When we collaborated on developing an engagement strategy, the Customer Cooperative (CO|OP) sub brand was born. The integrated communications that followed included annual theme development for industry-based customer dialogue, microsites, collateral, surveys and a host of outreach communications. We look forward to what each year of activity brings with the Aetna Customer Engagement team.

While our work with Donaldson Group began as a brand design initiative, the results were so much more. Beyond the look and feel of our materials, DG developed a clear, concise model for our entire program that helped engage both internal and external constituents around a common goal.
