We don’t believe clients are on one side of the fence, and we on the other. Clients are part of our team and help us truly understand their business. This means working together, both onsite and virtually, throughout the process to iteratively shape and create amazing outcomes.
We believe in using technology to support productivity, collaboration and transparency. For collaboration and project management we leverage Basecamp; to access and share files amongst all team players, we use Box. And to bring design to life, both on desktop and mobile, we use InVision. All of these technologies integrate to provide our team and yours, ease of use.
Unique to Donaldson Group, we don’t have a creative department or a development department. We have no departments. But we do have teams that work together using a focused approach. Each team member brings a unique role and perspective, and is expected to contribute equally. From strategy to design, development to project management, each team is customized by project to function efficiently to meet our clients’ objectives.
